Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations for a premium café and restaurant concept. The ideal candidate is a strong hospitality leader with experience managing high-volume operations, developing successful teams, and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.

This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the location's performance, including team leadership, financial management, staffing, inventory control, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent service.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Manage opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
• Develop employee schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels while controlling labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with leadership and support teams to implement operational improvements.
