As the business continues to grow and expand, mas marami pang customers ang gustong pagsilbihan ng Salandanan Kitchenette. Kaya mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng mga taong mapagkakatiwalaan, responsable, at willing mag-grow kasama ng business.

Sa Salandanan Kitchenette, bawat employee ay may mahalagang role sa pagpapanatili ng quality ng pagkain, magandang customer service, at maayos na daily operations habang sama-samang pinapalago ang negosyo.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and business performance.
• Develop operational strategies, policies, and business targets.
• Supervise employees and monitor departmental performance.
• Create and improve restaurant processes and SOPs.
• Monitor inventory, operational costs, and service quality.
• Prepare and review operational reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Management, Operations Management, HRM, or related course.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations and process development.
• Able to prepare reports and analyze business performance.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
