Restaurant General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for, owning the guest experience, financial performance, and daily operations across two distinct full-service concepts. This leader develops FOH and BOH managers, builds future GMs, and ensures consistent food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards. Responsibilities include individual and consolidated P&Ls, sales and cost targets, budgeting, food and beverage purchasing, inventory, labor scheduling, and performance analysis. The GM partners with culinary and beverage leadership on menu execution, pricing, quality, and seasonal initiatives; oversees hiring, onboarding, coaching, reviews, and accountability; and manages facilities, safety, licensing, and compliance. Ideal candidates have proven full-service restaurant leadership experience, preferably across multiple concepts, excellent financial acumen, a strong record of management development, and a hands-on, guest-first leadership style.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
