Johnny J’s Medina brings together pub favorites, sports, weekend brunch and late-night hospitality. We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who builds a prepared team, delivers consistent food and attentive service, and gives guests a reason to return.

Bring clear expectations, a talent for developing people and the ability to stay composed when the pace picks up. You’ll work alongside the team and partner with ownership to keep the restaurant running well.

What you’ll lead

• Daily restaurant and bar operations, coordinating the dining room, bar and kitchen.
• Hiring, training, scheduling and coaching a dependable team.
• Guest service, food and beverage consistency, and practical resolution of guest concerns.
• Inventory, purchasing, and food, beverage and labor cost controls.
• Cleanliness, food safety and responsible service standards.
• Review of operating results and follow-through on improvements with ownership.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, including full-service restaurant or bar operations.
• Working knowledge of staff scheduling, inventory, cost control and restaurant financial performance.
• Clear communication, sound judgment and a hands-on approach to leadership.
• A guest-first approach, accountability and respect for your team.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, and authorization to work in the United States.

Previous General Manager experience and examples of improving service, team performance or operating results are welcome.

Compensation and benefits

• $60,000–$80,000 annual base salary, based on experience.
• Additional performance bonuses. Amounts vary; bonus terms and expectations will be discussed during hiring.

Location and schedule

This is a full-time, on-site role at Johnny J’s Medina. We operate seven days a week with late-night service. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required; the specific schedule will be discussed during hiring.
