Restaurant General Manager

About the role

This is a multi-branch operations and service management position responsible for branch management, department supervision, team leadership, and overall restaurant operations across multiple locations.

About you

• At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant, café, or food and beverage operations, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
• Working knowledge of restaurant SOPs, food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards
• Experience in sales monitoring, inventory management, cost control, and wastage reduction
• Ability to prepare and interpret sales, inventory, and operational reports
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, weekends, holidays, and shifting hours as required
• Hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing fast-paced restaurant operations
• Experience managing a coffee shop, café, casual dining restaurant, or multi-station food service operation
• Knowledge of coffee, beverages, food preparation, pastry operations, and menu standards
