Restaurant General Manager

Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven restaurant management experience, typically 1+ years in a senior role.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of restaurant accounting, cost control, and POS systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for team leadership and customer interaction.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth service.
• Financial Performance: Manage P&L, budget creation, labor costs, and food/supply inventory to optimize profitability.
• Staff Management: Recruit, interview, train, mentor, and schedule staff to foster a motivated, compliant team.
• Customer Experience: Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards to ensure satisfaction.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations across the facility.
• Marketing & Growth: Collaborate on promotional activities to drive sales

Pay: Rs90,000.00 per month
