Youll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, building a high-performing team, driving commercial success, and establishing the restaurant as one of Dubais most exciting sports dining destinations.

YOU WILL BE THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND

• The successful pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operation of the restaurant
• Creating memorable guest experiences that reflect Forbes standards
• Building, coaching, and inspiring a passionate multicultural team
• Driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence
• Delivering innovative promotions, events, and experiences that keep guests coming back
• Managing budgets, forecasting, inventory, and overall business performance
• Partnering with culinary and resort leadership teams to continually elevate the concept
• Creating a culture where people feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within luxury hospitality
