Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Restaurant manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
• Oversee inventory management, cost control, and profitability analysis to optimize P&L performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
• Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on food safety standards, quality control, and customer service excellence.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management.
• Strong knowledge of costing, profit & loss (P&L), and restaurant management principles.
• Proven track record in controlling costs, increasing sales revenue, and improving operational efficiency.
