Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional quick service and fast food experiences. Duties

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards in food preparation, cooking, and service delivery
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a high-performing team capable of delivering outstanding customer service
• Oversee food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations
• Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
• Supervise kitchen operations to ensure quality food production and timely service in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct interviews and hiring processes to attract talented team members and support their ongoing training & development
• Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests by maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service excellence
• Oversee shift management, resolving operational issues promptly to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within the food industry or quick service & fast food restaurants with supervising responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety compliance, and food handling procedures
• Background in staff training & development along with effective team management skills
• Excellent communication skills for interviewing, supervising staff, and engaging with customers
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control measures, and restaurant financials
• Prior hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus; casual dining or banquet experience is beneficial
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of quality
