Restaurant General Manager

About the Role

The Restaurant General Manager will lead the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Drive sales performance and profitability while managing labor and operational costs.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Drive initiatives that enhance both guest satisfaction and business performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and restaurant financials.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Restaurant Manager

About the Role

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the assigned outlet, ensuring excellent service standards, effective team management, and outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the restaurant.
• Plan staffing schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Monitor employee performance and support succession planning.
• Maintain service, grooming, and operational standards.
• Handle guest relations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support promotional initiatives and drive outlet performance.
• Manage inventory and operational equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager within a reputable hospitality or restaurant group.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
