Restaurant Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

• Welcoming Guests: Greeting visitors warmly at the entrance and creating a positive first impression.
• Managing Seating: Handling table reservations, waitlists, and allocating tables efficiently based on group size.
• Customer Care: Answering menu questions, checking on tables, and resolving any complaints or issues promptly.
• Feedback Collection: Gathering guest comments to help management improve food and service quality
• Essential Skills Needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, outgoing, and polite personality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under busy conditions.
• Basic organizational and multi-tasking skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
