Restaurant Hospitality Coordinator

Job Summary
Spoke & Hub is seeking a friendly, organized, and guest-focused Restaurant Hospitality Coordinator to support daily hospitality operations and create a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate will coordinate front-of-house activities, assist with guest requests, support service staff, and help maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional hospitality.
• Coordinate front-of-house activities to support efficient service.
• Assist with guest seating, table assignments, and dining area organization.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and service concerns promptly.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to servers and kitchen staff.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure guests receive attentive and timely service.
• Assist service team members during busy periods.
• Coordinate reservations, guest arrivals, and table availability as needed.
• Help verify food and beverage orders for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas.
• Restock menus, napkins, utensils, condiments, and other hospitality supplies.
• Support opening, closing, and routine restaurant procedures.
• Communicate operational concerns, guest feedback, or supply shortages to management.
• Assist with staff training and reinforcement of hospitality standards.
• Help maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, guest services, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities during busy service periods.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Good teamwork and ability to communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Familiarity with reservations or POS systems is helpful.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and service quality.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
