Restaurant Host (Captain) - Buffet (5-day work)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate subordinates for mis-en-place preparation, table set-ups and the proper handling of equipment.
• Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests' enquiries, complaints and requests
• Perform side duties assigned by Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager upon requests.

Requirements

• Over 3 year’s Hotel F&B Service and with 2 years in similar capacity
• Formal training in Hotel F&B Service
• Good communication skills
• Good command in both spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
