**JOB POSITION: RESTAURANT HOST

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:**

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments.
• Assist guests to their tables and provide menus when needed.
• Monitor table availability and coordinate with the dining team for efficient seating.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the menu, restaurant, and services.
• Manage the waiting list and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
• Coordinate with Servers, Cashiers, and Dining Supervisors to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining areas.
• Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow company standards for customer service, grooming, and workplace conduct.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Host is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, welcoming, and customer-service oriented.
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident when interacting with guests.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
