Atomic Cowboy — home to Denver Biscuit Company & Fat Sully’s Pizza — is looking for a welcoming, organized Host to join our team! Our mission is simple: Growth—Careers, Wallets, Waistlines.

What You’ll Do

• First Impressions & Guest Experience: Greet and seat customers immediately (within 1 minute) in a systematic fashion. Project a positive image at all times and act as the ultimate resource for guests regarding our menu, specials, promotions, and hours of operation.
• Operations & Waitlist Management: Answer phones promptly, expertly run the waitlist, and communicate professionally with waiting guests. Observe the dining room and quickly respond to guest requests or complaints.
• To-Go Orders & Cash Handling: Take "to-go" orders and accurately operate the POS/cash register to perform money transactions up to 20 times per shift.
• Teamwork & Hustle: Jump in to assist both FOH and HOH staff whenever needed. Keep the restaurant running smoothly by taking out trash, checking restrooms, stocking supplies, clearing bus tubs, refilling ice, and washing glassware.

• Pace & Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 100% of your shift. You must be able to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and comfortably lift up to 20 pounds.
• Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old to clear alcohol from tables (or as state regulations dictate). Must successfully complete hourly training validations, including reading materials and watching videos.
