Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Hostess to join our dynamic team at Dolsan Korean BBQ & Sushi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and ensuring that all dining areas are clean and presentable.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu items to assist guests with questions regarding food and beverages.
• Support the restaurant staff during peak hours by communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant’s services, hours, and menu options.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
