In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting visitors, managing table reservations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.As a fluent Arabic speaker, you will naturally engage with our local and regional guests, providing warm hospitality that reflects our restaurant's high standards.Key Responsibilities

• Guest Welcoming: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage the waiting list during peak hours, and escort customers to their designated tables.
• Reservation Management: Handle phone calls, manage the digital table booking system, and accurately log special guest requests or dietary preferences.
• Seating Optimization: Oversee the flow of the dining room, coordinating closely with the service team and restaurant manager to balance table rotations.
• Customer Engagement: Provide information about menu highlights, ongoing promotions, and bid a warm farewell to guests as they leave.
• Front-of-House Maintenance: Ensure the reception desk and entrance area remain immaculate, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Strong conversational English is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or front-of-house role in a premium restaurant, casual dining venue, or 4/5-star hotel.
• Presentation: Exceptional personal grooming, professional posture, and excellent communication manners.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with restaurant reservation platforms (such as OpenTable, EatApp, or SevenRooms) is highly valued.
