HOSTESS / HEAD HOSTESS

We are seeking charismatic and highly professional Head Hostesses, as well as experienced

Hostesses, to join our opening team and elevate the guest arrival experience in a high-energy, luxury festive environment.

The ideal candidates have strong backgrounds in upscale dining or hospitality, thrive in fast-

paced settings, and combine natural confidence, strong organizational skills, and a

commercial mindset. A natural sense of elegance, confident guest interaction, and the ability

to manage reservation flow while maximizing table optimization are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee reservation systems and table allocation strategy

- Optimize seating for revenue performance

- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special guest requests

- Collaborate with management, PR and events teams

- Ability to lead and train hostess if required

Profile

- + 4 years in luxury or festive dining

- Strong communication and organization skills

- Experience with reservation platforms

- Refined and impeccable presentation

- Ability to work under pressure

- Fluent English
