Restaurant Hostess

We are looking for a professional and friendly Restaurant Hostess / Receptionist to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Hostess, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

* Professional appearance and positive attitude.

* Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guests professionally.

* Ability to manage reservations, greet and seat guests, and coordinate with the restaurant team.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

* Previous experience in a high-end or busy restaurant in Dubai/UAE is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.

* Manage reservations and guest seating arrangements.

* Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods.

* Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the restaurant.

* Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

* Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

* Maintain a high standard of hospitality and customer service.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
