We are seeking for a graceful, professional, and welcoming Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for our guests’ dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest reception: Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a memorable first impression.
• Reservation management: Handle bookings and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
• Customer service: Provide attentive support and address guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Team coordination: Work closely with servers and management to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Professional appearance, poise, and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office for basic administrative tasks.
