Restaurant Hostess

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitress / Hostess to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Seat guests and provide menus in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide information about dishes when required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction.
• Clear and clean tables and maintain a neat and organized dining area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle customer requests and complaints politely and professionally.
• Assist with reservations and manage table arrangements when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to restaurant standards.
• Follow all restaurant policies, food safety, and service standards.
• Assist other team members during busy periods when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waitress, Hostess, or in a similar restaurant position is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional personality.
• Good English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
