Restaurant Hostess – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Restaurant Hostess to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage restaurant reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Maintain an organized and accurate reservation list.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with the restaurant and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor table availability and manage guest waiting times.
• Handle guest requests and assist in resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance and hostess area.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Assist with special events, group bookings, and VIP guests when required.
• Follow restaurant standards, policies, and grooming requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed and customer-service oriented.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
