Restaurant Host/Hostess

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 confident, enthusiastic and well-presented Reception Hosts to join our team at Tru Street restaurant in The Trafford Centre.

Job: As host you will be responsible for

• The day to day running of the front desk, ensuring its tidy and menus are presentable
• Welcoming guests with a smile and enthusiasm
• Managing the table flow, maximising revenue potential
• Assisting the managers keeping the restaurant in tip top condition
• Providing excellent customer service to all our guests

Requirements:

• You must be friendly and approachable
• Possess great customer service skills and be able to “listen” to our customers requests
• Be fluent in English
• Take pride in your appearance and be well groomed… first impressions last!
• You must be eligible to live and work in the UK. (Asylum, Immigration & Nationality Act 2006).

Positions available:

1 x Full time host (48 hours per week)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
