Job Overview

We are hiring a Restaurant In-Charge to manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Supervise and manage the outlet team.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Monitor inventory, stock and wastage.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain daily operational and sales records.
• Follow company SOPs and ensure smooth outlet functioning.

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
• QSR experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
