What You Bring

• Previous leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• A warm, approachable personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
• A proven ability to uphold standards, coach performance, and hold teams accountable.
• An understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, sales, and financial performance.
• Confidence, professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of ownership.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be actively involved in daily operations.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Experience with restaurant openings, elevated dining concepts, or building high-performing teams is a plus.

Position & Compensation

Restaurant Leadership | $55,000–$75,000 annually

We're exploring candidates across multiple levels of restaurant management. The specific leadership position, responsibilities, and compensation will be determined based on experience, demonstrated strengths, and alignment with our vision.
