As a Restaurant Management Trainee, you’ll be part of the branch leadership team, supporting daily operations, customer service, sales, and team performance. This role is next in-line with the Branch Manager and provides an opportunity to develop your leadership and business management skills while helping drive the branch toward its goals.

What You'll Do

• Support and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service.
• Help achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and customer-service targets through effective plans and execution.
• Lead, coach, train, schedule, and evaluate team members while monitoring individual and team performance.
• Build positive customer relationships and professionally handle complaints or escalated concerns.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and grow existing business.
• Monitor branch expenses, inventory, cash, equipment, and other company resources.
• Prepare and submit operational, sales, financial, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular checks and audits and help implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain a professional, safe, organized, and customer-friendly branch environment.
• Work closely with Head Office and other branches on company initiatives and operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in branch operations, sales, customer service, and team leadership.
• Good understanding of budgeting, inventory management, performance management, and operational controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business or branch-management systems.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Customer-focused, commercially aware, and comfortable working toward business targets.
• Good problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to handle conflicts professionally.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
