RESTAURANT MANAGER (BALI)

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations including service, food quality, and customer experience
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards and all relevant regulations
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
• Maintain inventory management and vendor relationships to optimise costs and quality
• Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and service teams to ensure smooth operations during service hours
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and constructively
• Maintain restaurant standards and aesthetic appeal across all areas
• Report on performance metrics and implement improvements to drive business objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and achieving business targets
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and customer service standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
• Financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations and best practices
• Problem-solving ability and capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Experience in the Bali hospitality market is highly desirable
