What they need
- Create profit and loss (PNL) financial report specifically labor cost and daily sales report
- Has a knowledge in basic Microsoft Excel formulas
- Responsible for assisting the managing of all the restaurant’s daily operations
- Assist with operations with passion and product knowledge
- Assist in the management of the restaurant to exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness
- Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
- Train and coach rank and file staff on guest services principles, standards and practices
- Monitors and manages the various assigned functions of the restaurant.
