Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and help deliver a welcoming, high-quality guest experience.

This is a hands-on management position for someone who is comfortable leading from the floor, supporting staff, interacting with guests, and keeping day-to-day restaurant operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations
• Lead, motivate, train, and support restaurant staff
• Maintain a high standard of guest service and hospitality
• Assist with scheduling and staffing
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests professionally
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming environment
• Monitor service flow and step in wherever needed during busy periods
• Help create a positive and professional team culture

The ideal candidate:

• Has restaurant or hospitality management experience
• Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Has strong leadership and communication skills
• Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems
• Enjoys working directly with both guests and staff
• Is willing to jump in wherever help is needed
• Is available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
