Restaurant Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a mature, experienced, and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our premium hospitality establishment in Mazgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing clubs, premium restaurants, or hospitality venues and possess excellent leadership and guest service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.
• Lead, train, and supervise the restaurant team.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, stores, purchase, and accounts departments.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Control operational costs and minimise wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Drive revenue through effective operations and customer engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Club experience is mandatory/preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions.
• Sound knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
• Mature, disciplined, and customer-focused personality.
• Proficient in MS Office and restaurant POS systems.
