- 管理店鋪營運
- 確保食物及服務質素，員工安排及培訓
- 管理店鋪銷售額以完成公司目標
- 與各部門溝通及處理相關文件
- 管理客戶服務, 會員推廣, 查詢及投訴個案, 以確保公司良好形象
