**JOB POSITION: RESTAURANT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:**

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Monitor sales, inventory, expenses, and overall restaurant performance.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations.
• Prepare and monitor staff schedules based on business needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the dining and kitchen areas.
• Support achievement of sales and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with management on operational concerns and improvement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or casual dining management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-service oriented and highly organized.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
