Key responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the service team.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.

• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and overall profitability.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, and stock rotation.
