Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team for the pre-opening of a new restaurant in Goa. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-focused, and comfortable building a team and setting up operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant's pre-opening and day-to-day operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop the restaurant team.
• Create and maintain high standards of service and guest experience.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily briefings.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of concerns.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, costs, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Drive sales and achieve operational and financial targets.
• Support the development of SOPs and opening procedures.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory/management role.
• Pre-opening experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant service and operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest service and team-management mindset.
