Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members to maintain service standards
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests
- Recommend wines and perform wine pairing and decanting
- Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately
- Monitor service flow, stock levels, and outlet cleanliness
- Resolve guest enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, proactive, and professional
- Experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus
- Minimum O-Level; Diploma in Hospitality advantageous
