What they need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a talented team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and data analysis to drive operational improvements
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience working with Japanese cuisine and understanding of culinary traditions and presentation standards of Japanese food culture or other similar cultures (i.e. Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai)
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
