Gross Salary : $60,000/per year

Working Hours : 45 hours/week

We’re looking for a Restaurant Leader to join our Tim Hortons team in Vancouver.

This isn’t simply a role about running shifts or managing a restaurant. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a great team, develop future leaders, create an exceptional guest experience, and take real ownership of their restaurant.

The right person will be someone who gets energy from seeing others succeed. Someone who sets high standards, leads from the floor, coaches rather than commands, and understands that strong results are ultimately built through strong people.
