Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence
- Inspire, train, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding performance and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor sales, budgeting, inventory, labor costs, and overall business performance
About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, cost management, and sales performance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
