We’re Hiring | Experienced Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager who can take complete ownership of restaurant operations and play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and business performance.

What You’ll Own

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Take complete ownership and accountability for operational performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and guest experience.
• Drive initiatives to improve sales, customer engagement, and overall business growth.
• Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and market presence.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A hands-on, responsible, and result-oriented approach.
• Someone who doesn't just manage operations but takes ownership and makes things happen.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer experience, and business development.
