Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our cafe-restaurant nestled in a beautiful location overlooking Tanay. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, drive service excellence, manage daily operations, and support a team that delivers both quality hospitality and memorable moments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational & Administrative Management

• Lead, supervise, and develop front-of-house and dining teams.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service flow.
• Manage scheduling, inventory control, reorder trigger points, and expense tracking.
• Monitor service quality metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Enforce company policies, operational standards, and loss prevention procedures.

Guest Experience & Customer Relations

• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and memorable dining experiences.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated concerns professionally.
• Build lasting relationships with regular guests and elevate brand loyalty.

Team Leadership & Training

• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Create and implement ongoing service training programs.
• Set performance expectations and provide constructive coaching.

Financial & Business Performance

• Set revenue goals and monitor key financial indicators.
• Control labor costs through effective scheduling.
• Support local marketing strategies and promotions to increase foot traffic.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven managerial experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and scenic service environment.
