Role Summary We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to handle the daily operations of our South Indian restaurant and ensure a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Ensure guests are greeted well and receive quick, friendly service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth food service (South Indian menu).
• Manage staff duty roster, grooming, and discipline.
• Handle billing, cash, and basic daily sales reports.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and FSSAI standards.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory/manager role.
• Experience in South Indian restaurants preferred.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
