Role Summary
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance. You will lead, coach, and develop restaurant staff while maintaining the highest standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, profitability, and compliance with company policies. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, food safety, and profit & loss (P&L) management.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues effectively.
• Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing and able to start immediately.
• Willing to be assigned to Tong Yang SM City Davao
