Daldongnae Korean BBQ is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English or French
• Ability to work on-site
• Ability to manage and supervise a team of 11–15 employees
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Quebec liquor laws and regulations is an asset

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate daily restaurant operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Supervise and train restaurant staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Recruit and assist with hiring new employees
• Prepare and manage staff work schedules
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Ensure compliance with Quebec liquor laws and regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Support the team and ensure smooth restaurant operations
