Restaurant Manager

About the role

Manage and oversee the overall operations of a rice restaurant front-of-house to ensure compliance with food quality control standards, service standards, and deliver maximum customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales performance, control costs and expenses, and plan promotions and sales strategies with the management team
• Create work schedules (Shift/Roster) and ensure front-of-house staff readiness, including training and team development
• Manage inventory of raw materials, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate with procurement and central departments
• Address immediate issues and maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene within the restaurant

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or expertise in restaurant management
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant restaurant manager
• Leadership skills, people management abilities, and strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills, passion for service, and positive attitude
• Able to work in shifts and on weekends, public holidays, or other designated days off
• Experience in managing Thai restaurants or restaurants in the group will be given special consideration
