Restaurant Manager

Blind Cow Oxton is looking for an experienced and confident Restaurant Manager to join the team.

We’re looking for someone who can lead the front of house team, keep service running smoothly and help maintain the high standards of the restaurant.

• Managing and supporting the front of house team
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Managing bookings, reservations and table plans
• Supporting staff training and development
• Working closely with the kitchen and management team
• Opening and closing the restaurant
• Managing cash handling and cashing up
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

The ideal candidate will be organised, approachable and confident leading a team in a busy restaurant environment. Experience in a management or senior front of house role is preferred.

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
