Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to join our Wingstop leadership team. The ideal candidate will have restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain excellent operational, food safety, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise, train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Maintain excellent guest service and food quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Manage labor, inventory, cash handling, and operational costs.
• Assist with employee scheduling and staffing needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Help the restaurant achieve sales, speed-of-service, and performance goals.
• Be available to work opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, labor management, and food safety.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
• ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.
