Restaurant Manager

To deliver our commitment to our guests to provide the high quality food products and services at great value of money, the incumbent is to ensure the smooth flow of operations of the Restaurant as the Manager on Duty (MOD) who is accountable for leading the store team in achieving the aim of retaining and attracting new Guests, and contributing to the attainment of the RBU's goal.

As the overall head of the Restaurant, the incumbent shall oversees matters that would affect Sales, Profitability, QSCH and People through the effective management and Marketing and Financials, and effectively delegate the Key Management System to the rest of the managers of the store. He/She shall oversee the overall operation of the store and beheld accountable on all its deliverables to management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or any 4-year course related to Hospitality or Food Service Operations.
• With a minimum of 3-year Restaurant Store Operations experience, 2 year of which as a Restaurant Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Problem Solving skills
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Excellent math and computational ability
• Effective communication skills
• A degree in Management or Business
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of the committee.
• Work Location: SM San Fernando La Union

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php31,000.00 per month
