Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, leadership-driven, and service-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead our team toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations to ensure seamless workflow.
• Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests, handle complaints professionally, and use feedback to improve service quality.
• Team Leadership: Manage staff scheduling, provide training and development, and foster a positive working environment.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales, control food costs, manage inventory, and optimize overall operational expenses.
• Quality & Safety Standards: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly sales reports and manage stock procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong "Service Mind" attitude.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.
