Angels Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join a busy restaurant in Aylesbury.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a restaurant.

THE ROLE

As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, food safety and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Leading, motivating and supporting the restaurant team
• Providing an excellent customer experience
• Managing staff rotas and allocating daily duties
• Supervising front-of-house operations
• Dealing professionally with customer enquiries and resolving issues
• Supporting the team during busy service periods
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene
• Monitoring stock and assisting with deliveries and ordering
• Handling cash and payments accurately
• Ensuring health & safety and food hygiene procedures are followed
• Opening and closing the restaurant as required
• Maintaining a positive, professional and welcoming atmosphere

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in restaurant or hospitality management
• Confident leading and motivating a team
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Calm and confident during busy service periods
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Comfortable dealing with customers and resolving problems
• Knowledgeable about food hygiene and health & safety
• Flexible and willing to support the team wherever needed
• Available to start as soon as possible

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is preferred.
