RESTAURANT MANAGER – FULL TIME, PERMANENT (48 hours contract)

£45,000 - £50,000 per annum inc tronc

Must be able to start by 21st September

What we’re looking for:

· Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or strong Supervisor in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting

· A warm, friendly leadership style and a genuine passion for great guest experience

· Confidence running service, managing sections and supporting a smooth, well-organised floor

· Good food and drink knowledge, with the curiosity to keep learning

· Clear communication and the ability to motivate and support the team

· Calm, organised and professional under pressure

· Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards

· A hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed

This role would suit someone who loves being on the floor, enjoys developing a team and wants to be part of an exciting new opening in London.
